Nura may fail to boot completely on systemd 262 when using a kernel older than 7.2, because nsresourced fails in a loop. This has been fixed in systemd 262-r3 (!9685).
If the boot is failing for you, try to get to a TTY and mask the service:
# systemctl mask systemd-nsresourced
